Definitely one of the most unique books I’ve read thus far. I’ve liked Keigo Higashino since “The Devotion of Suspect X,” though his other mysteries didn’t quite compare.
Yet, this book made me see again why he’s a great storyteller. I like how all the stories of the characters are tied together, the time traveling, and how everything comes full circle. That ending!

Minor: Misogyny, Murder, Car accident, Ableism, Fire/Fire injury, and Suicide

It was really clever how the author weaved all of the storylines together. You definitely have to pay attention while reading this book. I think I would've enjoyed it more if I wasn't in the middle of a reading slump.
Graphic: Fire/Fire injury
Moderate: Suicide, Sexism, Death, Misogyny, Suicidal thoughts, Death of parent, and Terminal illness
Minor: Self harm, Child abuse, Domestic abuse, and Blood
