Another installment in the Kristen Proby Crossover Collection. I'm really enjoying the concept and fascinating to see how the authors incorporate their ideas into an already established universe they didn't create.

I've read Monica Murphy before and enjoyed her books. Unfortunately, this novella fell a little flat for me. I didn't not like it but I also found Tucker incredibly annoying and dramatic. And he and everyone else know he's dramatic but it was a little over the top. I loved Maisey and how she stuck up for herself and what she needed and wanted. Tucker eventually comes around and makes me like him a little more but there's a scene in here that made me want to reach in the book and smack him. Of course any time an author can stir up that much emotion in me, they are definitely doing their job so there's that.

I still want to visit Cunningham Falls, especially in the summer time. I give this novella a solid 3 stars. And I definitely want to check out the other books in Murphy's Forever Yours series because a) she's a great author and b) hello sports romance!

**Many thanks to Social Butterfly PR for the advance copy of this book.

What could be better than a second chance romance set in one of my favorite series… nothing I can think of! As a long time reader of Kristen Proby’s novels, I was excited to get the chance to read her Big Sky cross-over series. I have never read anything by Monica Murphy and now cannot wait to dive into many more of her books. This story was short and sweet but packed a punch of heat.
This story focused on Maisey and Tucker. Fans of Proby will remember her as Brooke’s younger sister from Tempting Brooke. I loved getting to know Maisey more throughout this read and think that she was the perfect heroine.

Maisey is a talented baker and cake decorator with dreams of expanding her business in her small town. However, her focus on work is soon distracted by the return of her high school sweetheart, NFL star, Tucker. While their romance did not end smoothly, it is clear that they both have not forgotten their feelings for each other. However, will Maisey’s hurt feelings and pride stand in the way of a second chance with a man that wants nothing more than to prove that he is trustworthy?

You do not need to have read any Kristen Proby or Monica Muprhy books before reading this one. However, be prepared to be inspired to one-click each of the collective works. This is a don’t miss. Happy reading!

I'm a sucker for a swoon-worthy second chance romance and that's exactly what you get with this read! Tucker and Maisey's story was one about rekindling that first love and realizing you never stopped loving the one........ the one that you let go when you should have been holding on tighter. I if you want a sweet, sexy quick read grab this book in the Kristen Proby Crossover Collection.

Nope - didn't do it for me. Completely unbelievable second chance romance. Shallow characters. No real story told. No connection at all. It all felt... bland.
