Read this book as a child and decided to read again as an adult. Definitely some outdated themes and language used, especially for Indigenous peoples.

Another revisit of a childhood favorite that holds up well. I really enjoyed the narrative envelope device as well as the use of oral storytelling. The denouement was a little too tidy for my adult tastes, but all in all a quick and sweet book.
