This was such a good read! It was the perfect combination of romance and mystery. 

Sexual Content : I  look for none to little spice in my books. Most spice was alluded to (fade to black), but I did end up skipping a scene at the tail end of a chapter. At the beginning, there was some innuendo and sex talk that made me uncomfortable but overall not too bad!

Loved the setting of the book. I find it refreshing that it wasn't only romance, but that it also had thriller/mystery components.

This book was completely fine? Would have benefitted from more spice and definitely felt like it was lacking in depth/character development. The FMC got an awful lot of praise from people for literally ✨doing her job✨. I did enjoy the sexy cowboy MMC too.

Safe to say this was darker than I expected - definitely romantic suspense. I didn’t love the way the mystery storyline was executed. Part of it I definitely saw coming. The romance was cringey at some points and I didn’t like some of the couple’s conflict. But in the end, their connection was really cute and I liked seeing the rest of the Eden siblings to prepare for their books!
