I usually love drama free books but there were so many changes to give us readers something more while our hero and heroine dealed with their demons because what was the point of them seeing people from their past otherwise? I kinda feel disappointed that Brynne never fought with her mother either since the way she treats her daughter and her husband.

OK, here's the thing. I really enjoy Raine Miller's books. I love Ethan. I even love Brynne, she doesn't annoy me, like a lot of heroines do lately. However, while I did like this book, I did feel like there was a bit of filler.
There were a lot of sex scenes. A LOT. Don't get me wrong, I love a steamy book. However, there were sometimes 2 or more sex scenes per chapter. And the chapters weren't long. I kind of felt cheated out of more of a storyline. Because I love Ms. Miller's storytelling.
And IMHO, there were times they both came across as insecure and desperate. It went with the story in the previous book, but now, they're married and have a baby on the way. There should be some security for them that someone else isn't going to sweep them away.
Anyway, aside from that, I did enjoy the book. I'm looking forward to Ivan's book.

Con Rare and Precious Things ponemos punto final a la historia de Brynn&Ethan, una historia de amor marcada por el pasado de sus personajes.
Es una lectura rápida, en la cual podemos leer acerca de como la llevaron después de la boda, durante el embarazo y como su amor venció una vez mas a los fantasmas del pasado; tenemos también esos momentazos a los que solo Ethan nos sabe llevar y en los que al menos yo.. disfruto mucho leyéndolos.
