Such a great book, loved reading and listening to this through audible. Once I got past the pronunciation of names and went through it properly to make sure I knew what was going on I just loved it. I usually take my time reading large books, large being 400+ pages but I couldn't put this one down, I defiantly recommend it to everyone! I didn't think I'd like it but it surprised me how good it was.

It was just so sloooowwww. I mean I kinda stopped at the place where it was getting "interesting" but I just wasn't engaged enough. I really think it is well-written, just maybe not with the general reading population in mind LOL

This book was awesome! It was VERY long, and very deep, but it was also a thriller at times, and it read much quicker than you would expect an 800 page novel to read. I thought the book was full of little tidbits of wisdom, I especially liked Arya's words of wisdom taught to her by her teacher. Fear cuts deeper than swords was probably my favorite. Only thing I'll say is that, if you manage to reach page 600, you better brace yourself for the fact that the book doesn't come close to taking care of everything it starts. It's a lot like the first LOTR. It sets the stage, but if you're looking for something like Harry Potter where you get an ending, but the story goes on... look somewhere else! There is an ending, no doubt, but it's more like a stopping point than anything...

BUT I LOVED THIS BOOK, it's awesome and highly recommend it!
