this was too good. i love nico and the plot had me up until 3am finishing the book!! i can’t wait for the second one, need more nico ASAP.

As far as booktok goes, I was excited when I saw this book pop up well before its release date. It was definitely a first where I quickly added it to my TBR and calendar. Release day arrived and I snatched this right up.
I really enjoyed this one, it's a solid 4 for me. I'd say this is a lighter mafia read, which I generally love to read. The family aspect is always a favorite when it comes to mafia because there's usually some pretty great comedic moments and it didn't disappoint.
Also, I'll forever stan when the FMC becomes the one in charge when it comes to the mafia world!
Congrats on a solid debut! I can't wait for the next one to see what Paulina has in store for us.
