Intriguing

This prequel blows your mind and leaves you starving for more!
I cannot wait to find out more about the characters, Mak, Declan, Emmett, Avery, Heath, etc.

It was a good introduction to all the characters I'll get to read about in the series.

IMHO, this one is a necessary read before the rest of the Kings of Rittenhouse series.

I did it everyone I finished a book in April! This was a super fun novella. I already feel super invested in these characters and the future dynamics/relationships that are coming. I’m really excited to continue the series!

The cliffhanger too ugh INSANE and I’m lowkey angry that book 1 isn’t about them and that I have to wait until book 3 😭 but I’m excited to get more Declan and Makenna in the next book-they have great chemistry and tension and I just know it’s going to pay off.

Okay interesting prequel, and I can understand why it was written. It gives you a very VERY brief insight on the boys and what their storylines will follow (very briefly), but it felt like the rush of the last week of school where nothing makes sense. I'm definitely excited to learn more about the boys and their lives - especially Declan, Emmett and Heath, who I think will be my Garrett, John Logan and Tucker adjacent in this series!

Kings of Rittenhouse is just a short prequel or intro to the wonderful characters in this series. By way of senior prom and an end of year party, we get some insight into Mak and Declan's feelings toward each other as well as a few tidbits about some of the other characters. We get a little bit of Mak and little of Declan as the chapters alternate between the two, and from their points of view, we also learn a little about their friends and classmates. One thing's for sure, from what we're told in this quick read, this series certainly won't be boring.
