I liked this book and the whole series. I enjoyed the characters and the story as well. It’s not necessarily something I would want to read over and over again, but it was good.

Bond of Destiny

Ok, so I kinda felt like Rowen back tracked a little bit when it came to how well she handle the high school bully in this book compared to the last book. Still a good series and a good ending.

Absolutely loved this story. This book has so much to offer the reader. Mystery, action, love, lust, and so much more. This is the final book in the series, and it’s a doozy. I do think the end fight scene had gone on a little more, with more detail, but it was still overall a great book.
I’m so glad that I decided to read this series. The character and plot development have been great, and well done. The world building is very well done. I can picture it all in my head. Told in first person pov, this was a great ride.

I liked this book and series a lot. I will be reading more by Tessa!

- shifter romance
- why choose
- action-packed
- new adult

There were a few things that I think could have been done differently in the ending. I know this author likes to write shorter books but I think that can have an impact on the abrupt endings/ things feeling a little convenient at the end.

I think more can be done to develop each of the relationships between the FMC and her MMCs. And to demonstrate the full why-choose relationship dynamic.

Unfortunately, the series went downhill for me with each book. I didn’t feel like there was enough relationship building between Rowan and her mates, and a lot of the plot line started to get repetitive. For example, Rowan passed out pretty much any time something dramatic was about to happen. She was a bit too whiny for my taste and I would have liked to see a lot more growth from her. Also, a couple of her mates didn’t have a lot of distinguishing characteristics and they just felt like filler. Overall, the series was a quick, easy read though.

I was surprised by who the bad guy was. Although, I should have seen it coming. Oh well, it's nice to be surprised sometimes. I'm glad they waited until the epilogue to decide to make Rowan pregnant. I would have raged if all that happened in the middle of the crazy that was going on (I don't like surprise pregnancies as a plot point of the book.)
