The graphics in this are stunning and do well to capture the changes in characters, as well as the symbols. I used this with my grade 10 class, and while they sometimes had trouble with the vocabulary (we used the original text), they understood and enjoyed the story as a whole.

Read this for school, it was interesting and unique. Definitely think it's an interesting book to analyse. The Graphic Illustrations was top notch, however, as we were required to read the graphic novel, not the actual book, I think detail and complexities of the characters was lost in translation. Perhaps I'll check out the original novel and see if the characters have more depth.
