Now this one I loved!
It was amazing! The depth of the characters (not to mention everyone is lovely), the gut-wrenching darkness behind their stories, the beauty of finding the light within each other... Wow
I can't even form coherent thoughts yet. It's going to take me a minute.
I mean, I already loved the characters, but as a couple they're even better.
The smut was fucking amazing (and, let's take a moment to appreciate how refreshing it was to not have a virgin FMC again), the romance on point and the plot just... chef's kiss.
And the cameos of the other couples made me giggle all around, though I missed Astrid and Levi but Xander and Kimmy are a beauty. And then there's Cole, I see you honey, don't you think I don't, I'm coming for you next.
PS: Fuck pedophiles.
PS2: Lars, the man you are. I've only known you for a few days but if anything ever happened to you I would kill everybody involved and then myself.
PS3: I was kinda sad that this one didn't have a bonus scene from Ronan's POV, but honestly, it doesn't even need it. Then again, none of the other ones did either and they where pretty mediocre anyway. Plus, I usually hate the bonus scenes because why can't they just save me the hassle and include it in the book in the first place. But I'm always down for a few more words about these two.

Another one down... I have no words. I absolutely fell more in love with Ronan in this book than I thought was possible. seeing what he went through broke my heart. And Teal. Finally and I mean finally reading about her and what she experienced and how everything happened was so heartbreaking but it was also so wholesome seeing how Ronan was able to help her and just be there for her. I loved seeing them grow and seeing them both break each other out of the shell they were in.

i’m ngl while i don’t care much for teal, ronan is alright—an idiot, but alright. again with the constant slut-shaming—mind u, teal’s mom wasn’t shit but the author wrote her like this...why?—and audacity that somehow a portion of women continue to be increasingly villainous in this serious, while the shitty men get passes boggles my mind. like truly. anyway, one of the most unrealistic parts of this is the idea that teens would be gung ho about marriage esp when they’re rich...like cis...

Ronan and Teal have to be my favorite RES couple
I’ll come back and update this if need be after I read Cole and silver
