King of the Libertines -Pam Godwin
I loved Bennett as the strong capable Captain of Jade. Priest is a pirate, and their chemistry off the charts. She was chasing a treasure and believes Priest can help her find it. I loved how much everything they thought changed once they got to know one another.

Fantastic idea to put together an anthology where the profit is dedicated to the Australian wildlife and fire fighters.

This was a great anthology for a really great cause. Everyone of the short stories were engaging and I was able to discover some authors I haven't read before, Tijan, Nana Malone, Jewel E. Ann, Parker S. Huntington, A.L Jackson, Tamsen Parker, Mary Catherine Gebard, and A. Zavanelli all released amazing stories that made me want to read more by them.

Skye Warren, Penny Reid, Kennedy Ryan, Annabel Joseph, Sierra Simone, Dylan Allen, Melanie Moreland and Kati McGee are all authors I've read before and loved. Each of their short stories were well written and filled that space where you just need a fix while waiting for the next book by them to be released.

BUT...I HAVE TO GIVE A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE BEAUTIFUL MASTERPIECE THAT IS SANGUINE BY SIERRA SIMONE. I love Sierra Simone, they way she makes the English language her bitch is beautiful and I will read anything she has written. If she stopped being an author and started writing greetings cards I would make it my life's mission to hunt down every card she had ever written. She gives us a beautiful M/M story about a ex-priest and a vampire and it's everything I didn't know I wanted. I just loved it.

I read The Boogieman by Mary Catherine Gebhard. It was a dark romance and HOLY SHIT I want more. The characters and story in itself was very intriguing. I'm hoping Mary will expand on this someday.

I finally finished all of the interesting stories within this charity compilation. My Goodreads says I didn’t reach my goal but I did. There are 37 stories here!
