Author still has iffy ways of drawing black characters.

Other than that there's no issues, except some jokes people might find offensive (like Mustang's reasons for becoming President or the way Hawkeye trains her dog). But that depends on your tastes.

Fullmetal Alchemist is the story of the Alphonse and Edward Elric. After an alchemic transmutation gone wrong, Ed and Al are on a mission to get back their original bodies. This is one of my favorite anime series and I'm really enjoying finally reading the manga.

In this volume, we get more Winry and more hints at what is to come. We get to meet Lieutenant Colonel Hughes delightful family, but not everything is fun and games. If the cover wasn't enough of an indication featuring Scar alongside Lust, Envy and Gluttony, let me warn you things are about to take an even darker turn.
