I really enjoyed reading Magic and Mayhem: A Paranormal and Fantasy Academy Collection. I gave it 4/5 stars because there was a few books that I just didn't enjoy. I decided that instead of going into detail about all the books separately, I would just write what my ratings are. I'm thinking of starting a blog and on there is where I would go into detail about all the books. If I do I will post that here which the link to it
Dangerous Words by Margo Bind Collins and Ivy Hearne 3.5/5 stars

Magical Mischief by Laura Greenwood & L.A. Boruff
This book is very intriguing and a very strong start to the series. I like that Lou is hybrid and realistic. This is great start introducting Lou's potential harem. This has made me excited for the next installment to the series.

Wicked Intentions by Nikki Landis
This is a very intriguing start to a larger series. This is very entertainment and is captivating and engaging from the very beginning. It was easy to be sympathetic to Cora and her life circumstances. This read is filled with magic, mischief and mystery.

I received a complimentary copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an unbiased, honest review.

The Magic and Mayhem - A Paranormal and Fantasy Academy Collection is a wonderful assortment of books from so many amazing authors - really just too many too count.

My favourite stories were Arizona Tape’s Valkyrie’s Chaos and Magical Mischief by Laura Greenwood & L.A. Boruff.

Valkyrie’s Chaos by Arizona Tape
Loved this story from Bryan’s POV, which is a perfect accompaniment to the Afterlife Academy series. There’s no requirement to have read the other books, however I highly recommend the series.

Magical Mischief - Magic And Metaphysics Academy #1 by Laura Greenwood & L.A. Boruff
Lou’s story is fabulous and I can’t wait to read more of this series.

Margo Bond Collins and Ivy Hearne team up to bring us “Dangerous Words” in the Hunters’ Academy series. Izzy Kirk is half coywolf and supposedly half magician. All Izzy has been able to do is shift into her wolf and she is not very good at it. Well, she could be except that she does not remember the time during her shift. She wakes up naked and bloody with no clue as to what happened. A solution comes in an unexpected form of an invitation to the Hunters’ Academy where answers may lie. Izzy just might find more answers than she is looking for at fifteen-years-old. Loved this story and Izzy.

Laura Greenwood and L.A. Boruff team up to introduce us to “Magical Mischief.” See my full review here.

Welcome to the Xavier Academy where no one is who they say they are or seem to be...well that’s not actually true. Nikki Landis creates a household full of secrets and double identities in Wicked Intentions. The trouble starts for Cora before she ever steps foot in the Academy. I did not know who was going to be the bad guy or who was going to be the good guy. When I say “guy” it is just a euphemism for anyone and everyone is suspect. Landis writes an awesome story that I immediately got sucked into and did not want to climb out of...even if my hair changes color (wink).

The review for the introduction to The Heir of the East Duology, “Valkyrie's Chaos”, written by Arizona Tape can be read here.
