Advice and ideas were decent, as was the presentation and ordering of them. But in the end this is a self-help book addressing a problem that didn't connect too much with me. It was like reading a training manual about a very advanced scientific thing that you don't have an investment in: interesting for a while, but eventually the intense technical details wear you down and you put it aside.
