I really liked this manga!
I got it recommended from a really nice person at an internship I did!
The plot was about a bitter sweet romance between two girls. They both have things that they deal with and at points it is hard for them to communicate this. The story was very cute, but there where definitely sad moments too. The end definitely made me tear up, because it hit very close to home.
I also really enjoyed how self reflective the main character was.
It had a much more realistic and simpler style, which made it a bit more serious and relatable, yet also very refreshing.
The author used very simple sentences to convey feelings, which I loved very much. It was poetic. 💗

It was nice. A bitter sweet romance, the melancholy of a first love, stronger still as it's two girls. How young live is naive and selfish. It was quite masterful in that sense. The design was simplistic but still nice. For a book that first came out in the 1990s (in Japan) it feels timeless and almost universal. I'm glad I read this classic.
