What an end for an amazing serie. This serie had me on the tip of chair every book. It was so wonderful. For Dakota her whole live has been a search, a search for the treasure, a search for herself, a search for who she really is, a search for what she wants. It all ends in this book. Be ready to get dragged back in one more time, to fins out all of the answers you have been guessing for. To find out how it all ends. But be aware, you will feel very deeply, you might cry, you wil scream and want to throw the book away. But in the end it is all worth it.

Take one last adventure with Dakota, Stone,Wyatt and Lucas. Find out what the real treasure is. Dive in.

Dakota finds out her true connection to Cole which shakes her foundation as much as builds her a new one. She has finally found her true family with stone, Lucas, Wyatt, and Cole (in a brotherly way). They’re getting closer to uncovering the treasure but Lance (stones dad) proves to be a bigger adversary, well the people he hires anyways, than they all anticipated. With her found family’s lives on the line, Dakota will have to make some difficult choices regarding her family’s legacy.

—I actually enjoyed this series more than I expected….I think I mentioned that in the other reviews too. I love that each relationship built in its own time and its own way. I was a little disappointed about a couple things though.
I felt robbed from being there when they discovered the treasure. That’s the main goal of the entire series, but we get a rushed and vague description of it in the epilogue as a flashback. That would’ve been fine if she would’ve detailed the entire thing but she didn’t. Also we don’t hear more about the actual treasure and what was in there. My other disappointment stems from never getting to witness Dakota going to Wyatt’s ranch. Maybe it’ll be included somehow in one of the spinoff series

Overall, it was well written and had me on the edge of my seat.

A lot of action in this final book

I loved reading this final book. Watching Lance, Stones father coming more and more unhinged. Stone,Wyatt and Lucas getting closer with Dakota. Them figuring out the clues to the treasure map. It was very cool to see the boy's finally accept Cole, the gang leader as part of Dakota's life and the reason he's in her life. Best of all the Hea. Highly recommend this series.

This is the final book in the series, you need to read the previous ones before this one, but let me tell you how explosive Dakota, Stone, Lucas, and Wyatt story is because you haven't read anything like them. The whole series will keep you on your seat, but this ending was more. Dakota will be a character I will remember, she is strong and so resilient. You need to read this book and the entire series. Superb 5-stars!

Well what an epic conclusion! My, how this series has bashed its way into my heart. Truth be told, the first book didn’t sell me- and Moore knocked me out so thoroughly with the Heights Crew, I was worried I’d never find anything with that magic. But Moore sure knows how to build a series and evolve a harem over time- and every book in this series got better and better. Of course, the Heights Crew I’m pretty sure will always take the top spot for me, but this series sure went out with a bang, and I have a softness for these characters that rivals it.

While I love the men, this series, like so many of Moore’s, is really about the destiny and power of our heroine, Dakota. She’s such a fierce heroine, one who has been - though I’ve loved as her relationship evolves with the guys that we get to see the softer aspects of her- the wounded parts of her start to unearth, and we see the nuances of this girl that for so long as just been trying to survive. I love that she gets to be strong, capable, smart- she gets to be the LEADER.

And Moore knows how to write a compelling, complicated, and nuanced harem- I love Wyatt, Stone, and Lucas each in their own way. This was the first reverse harem series where I became fiercely attached to one of the leading men early on, far more so than the others- but trust in EM. She sold me on them- in part because they let Dakota shine. They support and uplift her. They believe in and follow her- while still being delicious and alpha and protective. I love them all, and it was sweet and sexy to watch Dakota solidify her bonds with each and for them to figure out how to work as a unit (though, if I’m honest, my main guy still owns me a little bit more). And Cole’s role in this is just the icing on the cake- I LOVE LOVE that EM is exploring a deep platonic chemistry with these two- he’s part of her little harem family, but not in the way others are, and I found that dynamic so interesting and rewarding.

Of course, since this is our finale- we get all the suspense and action. I ended up getting more into the treasuring hunting component of this story a bit more than I expected (though its still not “My thing”), but the relationships evolving become more and more the focus as they all try to navigate elevated danger and more shocking revelations. Like all EM series ending books, the finale is dangerous and exciting, and a bit bittersweet. But the hardship along the way is all worth it in the end- and what a wonderful ending it was.

A LOT happens in this last book and it was quite the ride. I enjoyed all the twists and turns and of course, the guys. The last 20-30% had me so tense and I couldn’t put it down.
