I loved the unhinged ML but I didn’t like that they showed what happened in the past when we already know what happened and then the ending was so short!! Hated that the book jumped back into the past. I wanted the book to play out in the present and not the past.

It was the best in the beginning. I love the ml and the fml. I loved his crazy actions and his obsession with her

It was a really good book. Only thing I didn't like is the book went to the past for a couple of chapters in the middle of the book. That's a personal preference i don't like it writing.  It's still a 5 star read

Very dark in terms of SH and past trauma. Loved the way this story started in the middle and then went back and you saw how they came to be. Was hooked from beginning to end. Side note there’s nothing hotter than a a tattooed man holding a baby while wearing grey sweatpants 🥵

I think I have a love hate relationship with this book. The weird time jump to “then” was frustrating, I think I would have liked it better in the beginning where I was a bit confused about not Tyrant’s and Vivienne’s relationship started. But because of the weirdly long (about 100 pages) flashback in the middle, I felt disconnected with the final third of the book and the ending felt rushed. Vivienne should have known who he was this entire time, so her running away and then the cliff hanger before the flashback was extra frustrating. There were some parts I really liked, such as how Tyrant got her to stop cutting, and how obsessed Tyrant was, but overall it just left me feeling kinda meh.

An obsession with Jareth from Goblin King? Sign me up. 

When I say this book delivered, it delivered. 

I’ve been waiting a while for a Goblin King inspired book to come and this was brilliant. Everything about this book was amazing and worth a worthy 5 star review. 

The love. 

The kinks. 

The torment of Vivienne and her pain. 

Tyrant's obsession with her. 

I need it all.  

Tyrant is definitely a crazy stalker, obsessed with Vivienne who will do anything to protect her family. Through love, mixed with plentiful pain and pleasure, Tyrant finally gets through to Vivienne that she doesn’t need her family. 

That she only needs him and her step brother Barlow. 

This book was catchy, smut filled, enough so that I couldn’t put it down.
