This was a great book to inspire others that the impossible is possible, that moving one step at a time can seem daunting at first but it can be done. I love the ending too. life gives everyone challenges and sometimes you don't realize why until way later.

I thought that this was okay. I didn't feel like it was "ground breaking" or "life altering" like I've seen people say. I didn't feel the urge to go on a hike. But it was worth the read.

Yeah, we get it that you're good looking and every single person on your pretend PCT wanted to have sex with you except some old ladies and gay guys. But what you actually travelled is not even PCT, you just took a hippy walk from town to town meeting new people and having fun. You're trying to make a joke out of PCT.

You're the luckiest person to survive that trail alone with no experience and no tools. But again, you didn't travel real PCT so...

I loved the raw, authentic sharing of emotions, thoughts, and adventures. About 3/4 through, I think it it started to get repetitive and needed to wrap up sooner.
