This was all Boy Blue's story and I loved the development of his character and seeing him be a badass. The reveal of the adversary was both meh and surprising. I'm eager to see where this goes now though.

This volume had the most scattered group of storylines so far, with some really good issues and some of my least favourites as well.

Most of this volume follows Boy Blue on his quest through The Homelands to defeat The Adversary. For the most part I found myself wondering what was happening back in Fabletown, but by the end I was invested.

I liked the introduction of Mowgli from the Jungle Book in one of the issues, too. I'm excited to see what his role will be. I also didn't mind Jack's takeover of Hollywood. I've never been interested in reading the Jack of Fables series, but now I am!

This book really alters your perceptions of a lot of characters who are not all they seem to be. Overall it's an enjoyable adventure in the series.

I would give this volume five stars, but I'm not a fan of the Jack stories, which are a big part of this volume.

I was excited to read this volume of Fables, because I knew it answered the question of The Adversary's identity. I had guessed several volumes ago, and I was satisfied to see that I had been correct! Otherwise, a typically enjoyable set of stories.

This was probably my favorite story line yet. Really brought Boy Blue into a new light and made him a very interesting character going forward. I also really miss Bigby, so Mowgli coming in to find him excites me. Missed Snow White a little and am intrigued to see what the North Wind has taught her pups, but there are over a hundred more issues to learn all that.

Fables Vol 6 Homelands is another great collected edition in the Fables series. We finally learn some secrets about the Adversary and the Homelands. I really enjoyed this one!
