This is what happens when you throw every plot idea into the mix and when in doubt about how to make it work distract your readers with kinky sex. Faye and Lugh are caricatures with no depth. The supporting cast are so generic I couldn't remember who half of them were and the abundance of R names didn't help - Raven, Richard, Roman, Rune etc. The behaviour of women, especially towards each other, is appalling. Why is Kelly immediately labelled a skank?
