This is a book for book lovers.

Who said comedy couldn't be intelligent? Time travel/ sci fi themes couldn't be mainstream?

Connie Willis expertly crafts a story using Victorian comedy of errors, mystery, time travel and WWII history.

This book is like finding a $20 bill in your winter coat pocket. It's a pleasant surprise, the icing on the cake, an absolute pleasure to read.

Superb - a little bit Wodehouse, a little bit Adams. If you like time travel and Victorians, definitely read it.

Stopped reading. I can't handle it when the protagonist can easily get out of a situation if he/she truly wanted to.

I ordered it from Amazon in 2009 so it was around that time.

This book was a surprise. I had no idea what to expect going in and ended up really enjoying it. Slow in the beginning (again, because I didn’t know what was going on) but the ending was fantastic. The style was very different than what I usually read

Super fun read. I think Blackout/All Clear is my favorite of the time travel stories, but they're all so enjoyable.
