Sem lhe faltar material gore q.b., há reviravolta e revelação que importam a quebra de um certo maniqueísmo e que, de algum modo, salvam a trama para um próximo volume.

Alright! This is some good old fashioned action filled comic book storytelling right here. Bloodshot is a beast. Adding the H.A.R.D. Corps on top of it makes for a really fun book.

So, this picks up where volume three/Harbinger Wars leaves things off. The continuity between the different arcs is something I really appreciate in Valiant comics. Anyway, Bloodshot is back with Project Rising Spirit to lead a strike team against Toyo Harada. I like the way the creative team is able to add new characters via H.A.R.D. Corps and make them interesting right off the bat. It develops how people are chosen to participate in the program and what the consequences may be.

The art is good. It definitely fits for the type of story that is being told. I feel like the creators get a chance to revel in the over the top action stuff because the character and the book allow for it. Sure, there is some character building too, but that almost takes a back seat on this one. Anyway, the series continues to be enjoyable and I will definitely be picking up the next arc.

I am shocked at how much I am enjoying all the Valiant work.

You don't often see super-teams that include members with cystic fibrosis, cognitive disability, untreated addictions, and devout faith, but here they are in H.A.R.D. Corps! If the story could give each character a little more focus -shame Bloodshot keeps stealing the spotlight here and in Vol. 5- the Corps could easily become another set of Harbinger's Renegades to me. As it stands, still an okay arc for Bloodshot's series, but I wish they could have stood on their own, too.

Meh.

Way too many characters that I could care less about. I want a Bloodshot comic that has...well...Bloodshot in it. Not just a couple of panels an issue. I don't really care about H.A.R.D. Corps.

So...thats it for me. There are two more volumes in this run, but I'm gonna pass on them. Instead, I'ma check out Jeff Lemire's [b:Bloodshot Reborn, Vol 1: Colorado|25746478|Bloodshot Reborn, Vol 1 Colorado|Jeff Lemire|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1434582014s/25746478.jpg|45587567] comic and cross my fingers that things are more like the 1st and 2nd volumes of this series.

3.5 stars. Kind of lame that a bloodshot book is mostly about other characters, but I actually liked them -- they added a bit of a human element.
