Look... I see myself as quite a cynical reader, but there's something about the Roosevelt series that makes me so, so happy and mushy inside. Is it cheesy at times? Yes! Do I love it regardless of (or thanks to?) it's cheesiness? YES! We need more progressive stories lile this, centering around disabled, lgbt+ people and we need it NOW.
