Another fun You Choose adventure. It was so much fun being able to relive the classic Cinderella story through these three fresh spins.

This collection features a modern Cinderella as a fashion-loving teen; Asher, a wannabe architect; and Drella, who has a knack for fixing and flying spaceships. Each story felt entirely its own with multiple paths to lead to happily ever after (or not so happily ever after).

The format worked well as an ebook with links to go back to the start to choose a new path. The writing is simple yet engaging. Each story is accompanied by multiple black-and-white illustrations which pair well while reading.

I am really enjoying the You Choose: Fractured Fairy Tales series to add a fun twist on classic fairy tales and get a say in what happens next. As with the other books, this one includes a section on some of the Cinderella stories from around the globe as well as critical thinking questions using the Common Core to further delve into the story and retell the events.

Can't wait to read the next book. Wonder which retelling I should tackle next.

Love it! Bought this book as an impulse buy and it was wonderful! Used it as part of the G3 and G4 book for Book Week and they are obsessed. Now I need to order it for the library since all the kids are eyeing Ms. Tina's personal copy!! Hahahaha great book! Nothing beats the look on the kids face when you end up in space with Cinderella!
