The idea for this book felt unique and intriguing, but ultimately the main character was not my favorite and that kind of made me dislike the book. She made a lot of decisions that seemed to lack common sense. And several big parts felt predictable to me.

I enjoyed this book. Loved the setting and the mystery. I started to catch on early in the mystery. A great summer read YA book for sure.

I enjoyed the read for the first 85% or so. The ending action sequences felt a little rushed and lost their impact on me.
