minus the relationship aspect of the story, this plot felt eerily similar to my time living in nyc

This author is so witty and the inner world of the main character is so rich. So relatable and real and unflinching. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is that I wasn’t super fond of the ending. It felt a bit rushed and while I don’t mind an ambiguous ending, it didn’t leave me feeling satisfied.
