This volume is a collection of various Valentine and Halloween snippets. At intervals between the first two volumes. They were mostly really cute. I liked the Valentine's day ones better but the bug Halloween one was fun. Some of the art was different which I did not love.

I would like to see some Christmas adventures if they do more.

The twins have a hard core Ouran High School Host Club thing going down.

Fun side stories! Helps flesh out some of the characters too.

The third volume of The Backstagers is an anthology of short stories from The Backstagers' Halloween and Valentine's Day. Like the first two volumes, it's an adorable, all-age friendly, non-binary, racially diverse, queer friendly comic about theater tech high school students.

You don't need to have read the first two volumes to enjoy this, as this would work as an intro to the series just as much as volume one does.

I recommend it for people looking for all-ages comics that don't center on an adolescent white boy going questing/

I enjoyed the first two volumes way better than this one, but it was still fun and cute. It's more a collection of very short stories than a continuation of the series.

The short stories weren't my favorite. I think what this graphic novel had going for it was the absurdity of the plot in the first two volumes. I wasn't as attached to the characters, except Bennet, so the vignettes didn't capture me.
