I am absolutely loving this series, I couldn't put the book down once I started reading. This is a great realistic fantasy which it makes it so very relatable and readable.

In this book Adam has gone back to Oklahoma to check in on Sue, only to find out she has died and the druid may have been the cause. He also has an eventful run in with his drug addict aunt and cousin who have taken over Sue's trailer and all of Adams stuff he left behind. Very quickly Adam realizes Binders have a target on their back and the Druid is stalking all of them. But why? Also the Spirit world is potentially enduring an upcoming civil war and Vic is being used as a pawn in a game he has no place taking part in. All Vic wants to do is figure out if him and Adam have a future and if all the things he once thought of in black and white are really that simply and if he can adjust his point of view. Adam mean while has to babysit family who are more trouble then they are worth while also wondering who the druid is? Why is he trying to kill them? Will him and Vic ever get a chance to actually talk? And is Adam a binder?
