I like this book a lot and the style in which Sarah Knights has written in is very fun and engaging. As the big sister of the family, reading this made me feel like I had a older sister of my own. I like the opportunity to interact with the book with space provided to write and personalise, making a totally immersive experience. At points however I did feel like the book was a little bit too much like an instruction manual with one set answer for the topic being explored which is useful, however, considering where I am on a personal level currently, this book would’ve been much more relatable and useful if I had read it going into the back 1/2 of my teens or as I freshly turned 18. I will definitely be going back to the read when looking for some guidance. The likelihood is I would find something useful to me when I know what to look for.

Grow the f*ck up

I don’t like to give star ratings to ‘self help’ books as I feel that they are every subjective. You take what you want from them.

Thank you to @hachetteaus for sending me a copy in return for my honest review.

I feel as if this book is more geared towards a more younger audience than myself but it did have some really good insights. A great book of advice that I wish I could tell my younger self or I could tell you he people.

I recommend this for anyway who is feeling a bit stuck or just wants a bit of advice!
