So sweet. Really easy to read (low on conflicts, most characters were kind, emotionally healthy relationship between MC's)

I read this a few months ago, currently reading book 2. Oh my gosh, so good. Like immediately I was in love with the MMC. Swoon, a good dad who's so kind to the mom? Hecks yeah.
Kinda second chance? Romance, pining (which is my bread and butter)... go read y'all.

Oh this book! Pulled my heart strings it did. True love does not have a time frame that you have to wait for. You just know when you find it. Jesse and Hayden are lovely. Their story was such a blessing to read. Definitely was sad when I finished it!

First off, so happy McLain is writing again! This book has some of my favorite tropes (single parent(s) and second chance) it just worked so well. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the dynamic between Hayden and Lane. It was really hot and cold and I really wished it ended before the 50% mark.
Trigger Warning: cheating (not between H/h)

"Life is not measured by the amount of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."

Jesse and Hayden... no other words to be said but, Absolutely Breathtaking!
Hayden lives in the city and spends her summers at the family cabin up north in the small town where Jesse lives. They are from two separate worlds, but on a starry night, the universe decides that they need to meet.Â
A wish on a star sets into motion a beautiful love story full of laughter, angst, and quite a few tears. The struggles that they face are all too real. One holding onto a plan that may not be the right one, and the other knowing in their heart that, given time, things will be as they were always meant to be.
Ya, We're Made of Moments is that book that will leave you breathless and begging for more. I couldn't put it down, and I felt every moment of Jesse and Hayden's story in my heart.
