Holy wow. this was incredible. couldn’t put it down, thought about it even when i wasn’t reading it, incredible. i thought i had this figured out. i did not. not even close. Riley Sager’s writing was phenomenal and fluid. i really can’t praise this one enough. 10/10

Some parts of this book genuinely had me scared. However, I think that Sager's writing is really easy to predict and once you've worked out what's actually happening the book looses a little bit of its charm.

More like 3.5 stars. I didn’t hate it, but I feel like there were a crap ton of turns and I was kind of hoping for a different ending, but I did enjoy it for what it was.

OMG. An amazing book that I devoured in one sitting. I had to know what happened! I especially think having the book within the book made for an excellent story.
