Delightfully suspenseful if not a tiny bit predictable in parts.

This writing duo is usually one of my favorites. Whenever I hear they are coming out with a new book it immediately gets added to my tbr. However this one has to be my least favorite from them. It was entertaining and I enjoyed the writing. For me it unfortunately lacked the excitement and twists & turns I have come to expect from their story telling. I'll just call it average for lack of a better word.

Wow… this book had me intrigued the second I opened it! And it surely did not disappoint. This read took me out of my reading slump. I actually thought I knew all the secrets the characters had in this book and I even thought I knew how the book was going to end but I was so wrong. This is a thriller that makes you question everyone’s actions and the motives behind it. This read contains lies, infidelity, and last but not least murder. I definitely recommend this book if you're looking for a book you don’t want to put down!

This was a fun ride. An alternating account of a couple seeking help from a “rogue” therapist. While not my favorite dynamic it made for a good escape from the world keeping you guessing until the end. For me the ending was a little disappointing but I really liked the complexity of all the characters involved.
