Fantastically hilarious. I can't wait to pick up the next one.

I really liked reading this. I've never heard of it before and just by reading the back and looking at the front it had me wanting to read this. The writer truly has a way with words. He describes the characters and the world in a way that it is almost tangible. Really loved it and picked up some more of his books.

Poor edition quality. No breaks between pov made plus the pace and tone of the book made it confusing. Going to try again as an audio.

Sir Terry Pratchett's work is brilliant. His play on words was fantastic. I loved how they played with word's in the language Two-flower and Rincewind had it common. It was just very well done. The Color Of Magic was witty and a fun ride. I loved that the two centeral characters countered each other and how much Rincewind changed from the beginning of the book. The only thing I didn't like is that it jumps around a lot and sometimes I had to reread to understand what was going on.

Idk if it’s the writing style that is a bit too slow for me right now. But willing to return another time.

Cute well imagined fantasy book but nothing that I’ll particularly think of or remember. It’s beyond creative which I can respect but it’s hard for me to suspend my disbelief in this world which makes my enjoyment less
