Solitamente non si giudica un libro dalla copertina, ma devo ammettere che questa stupenda e scintillante illustrazione mi ha colpito e attirato al suo scaffale in mezzo a tutto il marasma della Feltrinelli.
Perciò chapeau a chi l'ha ideata e alla Neri Pozza: OTTIMO LAVORO.

Ma parliamo del libro.
Nonostante questo sia un capitolo introduttivo praticamente, è pieno di suspence e ti pone tantissimi interrogativi in mente. Mi sono immaginata le acque fangose del Perdido e devo dire che Elinor, anche se è un personaggio alquanto inquietante, ha un mondo dentro che non vedo l'ora di scoprire con gli altri capitoli della saga.
