Georgina Shaw is going to prison for the murder of her best friend. She didn't technically murder her. She just helped her boyfriend dismember her and bury her. Seems like a pretty big accessory. Geo as her friends called her was only 16 when it happened. She was old enough to know better, but not old enough to make good choices. 

Calvin was the older boyfriend. The one that saw her and not Angela. She loved him, she thinks. But she knows their relationship was toxic. He was her first boyfriend, the first person to make her O, the first man to lay hands on her. 

Kaiser was Geo and Angela's other best friend. He was in love with Geo she knew it, but didn't reciprocate his feelings. Now he is the cop that arrests her and is doing everything he can to bring Calvin to justice.

Jesus this book was good, but super fucked up and hard to read in places. I liked it, don't get me wrong, but this was a hard read for me. Not one single character is “good” but that doesn’t mean they’re unlikable per se. Glad I read it and it hit the fall/halloween/dark vibes I was looking for.
