It really was some food for thought to me. The story was very engaging and had me guessing what the reason behind everything was. Although there isn’t an explicit answer to that, it had a beautiful ending that showed me what the true intentions might have been.

Maybe it was just the timing of this but I hated it. Didn't like the writing, characters were all unlikeable and unrealistic, lacked a lot of depth. Plot made no sense and was predictable and boring. Not a fan

Come sempre, Ghosh riesce a unire luoghi e tempi molto lontani tramite simboli e lingue diverse.

I found it so deep, beautiful, and compelling. I rarely read books with male protagonists, and this was worth it.

I'm honestly surprised that I enjoyed a book assigned to me in a theory class this much; however, the ending was sudden and a bit underwhelming considering the build up.
