This book was a balm on my soul as someone who grew up in an oppressive Christian church environment but who loved the cannons and stories of hope in the chr. Bible.
Losing my religion was hard but I refused to give up on the message of what I was taught so I alchemized the message with therapy, meeting diverse people, and loving hard.
Reading this gave me some deep anchoring and reminded me that in the spirit world nothing divides us. No gender, or any other characteristic we hold here in physical form. So integration of loving our bodies and listening to our own truths can be transformative.

One of my favorite lines from this book is “My greatest obstacle was believing it could all be this simple; ask for what I need, and receive it from within. Which is also to say, my greatest obstacle was believing that I could ever be that powerful.”
