Was kinda disappointed in the way this series ends.

There was so much wrong with this book. I don’t think I’ve hated reading something so much in my life. The characters went nowhere—yes, they flew across the world using Daniel’s mighty angel wings—but their personalities just felt flat. Luce was so overdramatic, practically unable to function whenever anybody was injured or died, regardless of whether she’d just met them a few pages ago. I guess it was meant to make her seem compassionate, but it just felt hollow. And the plot holes—oh, the plot holes. I was immensely angry at this book whenever something just didn’t make sense. There were so many moments where it was like, ‘Forget we’re all here, only Luce can do this…’.

3 stars. This wasn’t a bad ending. I actually enjoyed it for what it was. It certainly didn’t end the way I was expecting so kudos to the author for that. There’s action in this one and there were some interesting moments. I’m glad that this was the end of Luce and Daniel’s story because the next book follows Cam who I think is the most interesting character in this series. This series is a badly written mess but it’s a fun mess.

Wow, I did kind of see the ending happening, but there are some things I didn't see coming. The twist of Lucifer falling in love was not expected. This did remind me mildly of the account of Job though. I did have to read this knowing there would be things that I did not agree with religously speaking. l did not agree with the gender of God. Nor with Satan inventing love, God himself is love. Satan did however corrupt love by his pride. I did appreciate the author showing God knowing all along what would happen. As a fictional story, it's very well written, I love the ending, I love that forgiveness is key. I did 100% agree with the depiction of Lucifer/Satan. Pride was without a doubt his downfall. So, for any Christians out there picking up the Fallen series, just remember it is all fiction.

Not as insufferable as Passion, and stuff happens! And there's an end! I don't know if I'd call it satisfying, but there is an end. And I still don't like Luce.
