Did not like this volume as much as the others. It was unnecessary, but still enjoyable. Felt like Suwa's character development and personality were lacking. Also the jumps between timelines were done quite poorly. Definitely the weakest volume in the series, including the 7th one.

Future was a nice way to continue and wrap up Orange. I also loved getting to read Suwa’s perspective, as he is my favorite character from the series. He has always been so lighthearted, but these chapters really showed his emotional depth.

I've been crying during every single volume, the only exception being.. volume 4? I'm not sure. But wow, this one was bad... in terms of the amount of tears I had to let out man

This series is so meaningful and important. I cried again. I really love these characters with my whole heart. I know some others have said it's hard to follow the timelines in here, but I didn't personally find it difficult, fwiw.

some questions are better left unanswered.
i feel like there was enough of suwa’s reflection on naho and kakeru’s relationship presented in the earlier volumes, so this one fell off pretty quickly. not bad, but also wasn’t exactly necessary.
