This book was okay. I would have preferred more cleaning tips or household information or something. I feel the information in this book such as information, and I mean pages, regarding Mrs Hinches friends and playlists and dog was overly simplistic and a way to reach a page/word count. I would recommend this book to a die hard Mrs Hinch fan but otherwise give it a miss.
I did however enjoy the cleaning lists dedicated to each room in the house, it was also well laid out and easy to read.

Loved every second of this book got some great tips on how to hunch my way through life and what products to try around the home. It also helped me to understanding about my anxiety and how to possibly control it better instead of turning to food when I get bad. Win win!

This was actually very enjoyable to read. It was brutally honest about mental health and life being difficult, which I appreciated a lot. The first portion of the book is about Sophie, her life, and how she made cleaning fun. The second part of the book is all the cleaning tips and tricks she has!
Since starting this book, I’ve started naming my cleaning cloths and I’ve found cleaning to be more enjoyable than it was before. I’ve learned so much and it’s filled me with a sense of optimism for the future

I've been a fan of Mrs Hinch for a few years now and was so excited to read this book and FINALLY got round to it. The book was full of excellent hints and tips as well as being an honest and open chat about her journey.
Highly recommend for a good wholesome read!

Anyone who follows Mrs Hinch on Insta knows exactly what to expect from this book - a bit of fun, a lot of Zoflora and nothing too intellectually taxing. This is a light hearted wee book purely for fans of Soph and her hilarious take on cleaning. I love her for who she is - a bit obsessed, a bit crazy, and hugely likeable. I am not a very good housekeeper, but Mrs Hinch makes cleaning almost look fun and her Insta stories always make me laugh. I'd actually only bought this book because, as someone who has struggled with her weight for years I was curious to know more about Soph after seeing that she previously had too. She does touch on this, as well as her struggles with anxiety, but it isn't a deep dive. And I respect that - just because she's Instafamous doesn't mean she needs to lay herself bare. This book is pretty basic, both in terms of how it's written and in the tips it covers, but I think that's great - it appeals to her fan base, they don't want a literary tome, and it collates together all her tips into one place. Yes, if you've been on her Insta long enough then you probably have seen them all, but this is a way to have them all in one collection. I thought it was interesting to read about the woman behind the account, and I'm not as skeptical about her as a lot of people are. If she's earning for pushing certain products, who cares? If this book is just to capitalise on her current popularity, who cares? Because the products work, you'll only buy this book if you're a fan, and why shouldn't she make a bit of money for all the effort she puts into her account...isn't that what influencers everywhere do? I'll admit, this could have done with a bit more editing, and I'd have loved some photos, but I wasn't disappointed and I'll definitely refer to it to try and up my hinching game! All the best ;)

I thought this book would have more practical tips than it did. I didn’t want to know she had a gastric band fitted and kept it a secret, or that she was once locked out of school in the rain and her mum saw an took her home. I wanted to know how to scrub a sink and quick fixes to help clean and organise my house... just not what I thought it would be.

Wasn’t expecting much obviously as with most online celebs you can learn all about them online. There’s nothing to read really but the cleaning tips, organising tips etc will come in useful. Saves me scrolling through hundreds of Facebook groups to solve my housework woes 🙈 (as it’s all in one place in the book).

I did think the diary parts were unnecessary and a ‘page filler’ as were the songs etc.

But those who are part of the Hinch army will love this. So if you love Sophie and are into the cleaning craze that’s happening right now, then it’s worth a buy just to say you have it.

I wasn’t really sure how to rate this to be honest. The reason I’ve given it two stars is because it’s advertised as a book to give you hints and tips on cleaning your home where in actual fact it’s Mrs Hinch’s biography. She comes across very likeable and I enjoyed the stories she told but I really don’t think the book is advertised as it should be. There’s no cleaning tips in there at all just a list of cleaning products used so it was a total waste of my time really.
