This is a book outlining the stages an organisation goes through during a successful change transformation. I consumed it as an audiobook. Whilst it contains a lot of useful information to help you understand how change processes work, but is somewhat dated now. The reading drags a bit and I’ll admit I nearly gave up, I’m glad I preserved to the end. However I won’t remember this as a life changing read.
