I read this in German.
I loved this Manga! It was easy to read as someone who finds Manga rather exhausting. The depicted situations are mostly funny and lighthearted, but there are a few more emotional ones. Some of the situations were pretty relatable as a cat person.
I loved the characters and especially the cat, the art style only made me like them more.

The simple, sweet story of a cat who thinks he’ll never find a home and the charming widower who adopts him. The man and his cat instantly start to love one another and delight in getting to know each other. There’s not much to it but reading it is a pleasant way to spend an hour. Sakurai shows how a companion animal can bring light to one’s life. A Man and His Cat is certain to bring a smile to anyone who loves their companion animals.

The translation wasn't great, but this was so cute! I'm a sucker for anything cat related and Fukumaru was adorable!
