I think (as I discover time and time again) reading poetry in this way isn’t really for me? But certain ones I did find to be impactful and personally resonated with me.

Some of the poems were witty and clever and interesting, some didn't work for me (I can't tell if they weren't good or I wasn't the audience).

I've FINALLY discovered poetry that I love! I read a poem each morning and let it sit me throughout the day. Outstanding!

The issues I had with this probably just come from the fact that reading poetry is hard for me sometimes? The formatting of a few of them threw me off. That said, absolutely stunning book. Heartwrenching work but definitely worth the read.
