I had heard great things about this book, especially the plot, but all I've found was bad writing. Too cringe and cliché.

i hated it.... there was alot of things that bothered me but mainly that it was written poorly. i give it two just because i likedd some of the characters, but if not for them it would be 0 stars if i could rate that

As much of a fan as I am of the marriage trope, and the grumpy x sunshine, this book didn't do it for me.
I am the kind of person who gets stuck on grammar and spelling so that kind of ruined the experience.
That being said, the plot is nice, the idea is there I like Sofia and Ace.
A lot of things do not make any sense. Like what the heck, like characters are acting out of character (please, excuse the pun) and most of the things said are not logical.
The girl has "mafia training" whatever the heck that is, and is skillful with knives, guns, etc.. but cries when she sees people dying and when she gets abused by her father.
Also, I'm a person of logic, math, statistics and probabilities; so you want to tell me that a girl is being abused by her mafia father, has half a dozen brothers who love her and are very protective of her and who are trained as well, but somehow they cower in front of an old abusive 60 year old?

no hate to the author !! Read on at your own risk
I love a good mafia romance story but this was the only one I didn't like.
I felt Ace and Sofia fell in love so soon,like how do you hate each other one second and the next your dancing around and kissing.The writing and grammar were really bad and I didn't feel any chemistry between Sofia and Ace but as always I had to finish the book because I can never dnf a book.The ending was a shocker and it would have been sad but it felt like it was forced or trying too hard to be sad.

1. sofia and ace should have more interactions before making their relationship go into the next phase, it was too quick. unlike other stories i read, they should have TENSION, a bigger plot. them killing their nasty parents should be a subplot instead. they're the same age as warnette except warnette has better interactions
2. some of the parts make me CRINGEE, esp when they do dirty talk and the fact that ?? i don't wanna talk about it
