not too sure why the animals spoke english so well to each other... but the stories were good. Better than the disney version.

I enjoyed the first five stories in this book, but found the last two rather boring

This is a story by the imagination of Rudyard Kipling that will capture your heart to the amazing background of India, the people and animals.

Come along with Mowgli (little frog) and his friends on their adventures to explore the Jungle and much more..

The stories by themselves are lovely (at least all except the colonial one at the end). Have to be honest though,  didn't realise that this was almost a collection of short stories, which I am not a fan of. Also, the finishes of this Minalima edition are definitely of lesser quality than for the HP books, unfortunately.
