Kylie has this special talent of making predictable, common plot points entertaining! I was up well into the night finishing this book because I simply could not stop.

I love her writing, I love these characters. I am officially hooked, and I don't think I will ever recover.

I really wish I had read Reilly and Alyssa's books before reading this one as they were in this book as well. But I can't seem to stop reading about the Valentino's. If you have more willpower than I, I suggest reading those ones first.

Theo is asked to fake his death which has Holly reeling in grief until she realizes he pretended to do it.  Theo is supposed to be breaking up a sex trafficking ring but his heart is with Holly and he just wants to get the job over with..  With Holly in Australia and Theo in Italy, time together is not plausible but a threat is looming that will put Holly in danger, who is behind the attack that is coming?

This was another good one.  Had a few head scratching moments that left me wondering about but overall action packed.  Great addition to the trilogy.

I guess you could consider becoming a emotionally abusive brat development but I don't consider it that way.

Holly is the worst kind of FMC, she ruins the appeal of the anti-hero/morally grey man. And genuinely make him into this sniveling sorry excuse of a guy who just immediately caves to get gaslighting.

Ehh

Im kind of devastated. I LOVED the first book! Couldn’t say more good things about it but this book just seemed to keep dragging and there was really two takeaways from the book. (I won’t spoil it but let’s just say, these two events in this book could have been done in with the first book and then it end in the cliffhanger)

I just felt that the stuff in between the events was just filler. Praying the third book is much better.
