For the love of God read this book! Please!
This is the first colleen Hoover book I have read and I could not put it down. Absolute insanity. Edge of my damn seat, mouth gaping, just stunned!
You ready to have your world ruined in the best way!? Read this book. Right now!

this was the first booktok book i read ever. and it’s definitely something. it’s absolutely insane. i liked it when i read it, but now that i’ve read MUCH better books, i see that it is too insane. i also find it really creepy and i do not like jeremy.

This was not well written. The characters were all insufferable and the story line was over the top. Also, the leading guy is a violent nightmare who happens to be hot. The only reason this didn’t get 1 star is because I was enthralled from the start and finished it quickly. I’ve read many people saying the last part of the book is what saved it for them. It felt the opposite to me. The ridiculousness and predictability of the build up at the end was so outlandish it was laughable.

I could not stop reading this book. It was so good. Do yourself a favor and just read it. While disturbing, it is still enthralling.
I feel like I’m left with this moral anxiety and to say anything more would give too much of this thriller away.
Trigger warning: if you get queasy or uncomfortable at the descriptions of a child dying, please do not read this.

I am so tired of reading popular books about "crazy women". I skimmed the summary online. Not missing anything by skipping this.
