I did not realize it was not a standalone which normally deters me but by the time I realized it was a trilogy I was too invested to stop! This book was slow to start: The first half was an easy and quick read with minimal/no spice but oh boy when it picks up in the second half you better hold on tight!!!

If there is one thing I know, it’s that Elle Thorpe keeps bringing us back to Saint View and making each visit better than the last!! When from high school to the prison, we followed the world she created. Now, we finally get to start learning her newest story, and the characters she’s written along the way are leading us right where we hoped she would! We are reintroduced to Vincent, and his life outside of prison, and the glimpses into him are fascinating. The FMC, Bliss, is fantastic, and the players that are showing up around her are drawing the perfect picture. Can’t wait for the next book!
