Andrew wants freckles to hide the dirt on his neck. Nicky has all the luck, with a face full of freckles. Andrew will stop at nothing to get his own freckles, even paying icky Sharon 50 cents for a special Freckle Juice recipe. Read to find out if this recipe is the answer to all of Andrew’s hopes.

Reread this old favourite last night. I loved it for the nostalgia it brought, but as a whole, I think I was slightly disappointed.

Great read from my childhood and my daughter loved it just as much! Blume is great at capturing the wonder of being a child, and doesn't sell the children short on their intelligence. Wonderful read!

Simply adorable. I didn't rate it higher because it does not compare to my adult 4 and 5 star reads.
